# Free Firm Workspace

### Where to find it

Your firm workspace appears on the Clients page, named after your firm. It's created automatically when you register and stays on a free [Plus plan](/reference/plan-comparison-guide.md) indefinitely.

### Use cases

* **Run your firm's books** — Connect your firm's bank accounts, categorize transactions, and close periods using the same workflow you use for clients.
* **Demo to prospects** — Walk potential clients through real workflows, show how transactions auto-categorize on sync, and demonstrate how quickly books can close.
* **Test before you deploy** — Try new Rules, Split configurations, or Chart of Accounts changes here before applying them to client accounts.

**Tip:** Build template Rules and Chart of Accounts configurations here that you can reference when onboarding new clients.
{% endhint %}
